Flight Reserves Terms of Service |

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
FlightReserves.com is a web-based Service that allows its subscribers to create, publish, and update schedules for the use of their shared aircraft. Users receive the ability to send messages and create links to content that may reside on the Flight Reserves servers or on the servers of third parties. These services (Hereafter referred to as "The Service") are available exclusively through the Internet, and all updates are posted through a web browser connected to the flightreserves.com web site.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Users of Flight Reserves are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves on all registration forms. You will be issued a password, and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activities that occur through use of your account. If you need to change your password for any reason, and cannot use the online tools to do so, please contact us via email at support@flightreserves.com. Please notify Medasco, LLC (using support@flightreserves.com) immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Medasco, LLC PRIVACY POLICY
Medasco, LLC respects the privacy of its users and subscribers. Medasco, LLC will not disclose any personal information about you or your use of this Service except to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Medasco, LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of The Service.

You expressly understand and agree that Medasco, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Medasco has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from The Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on The Service; or (v) any other matter relating to The Service.
GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that Medasco, LLC may establish general practices and limits concerning use of The Service and may modify those general practices at any time.
MODIFICATIONS OF SERVICE
Medasco, LLC reserves the right to modify, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of the Service) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Medasco, LLC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification to the Service.
NO RESALE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell the Service, or access to the Service.
TERMINATION
You agree that Medasco, LLC, at its sole discretion, may terminate your account and remove and discard any content within The Service if Medasco, LLC believes that your use of the Service consitutes a violation of the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service. You agree that any termination of your access to The Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Medasco, LLC may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files. You agree that Medasco, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Medasco to provide The Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Medasco, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Medasco or Flight Reserves Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Flight Reserves membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them without also terminating membership in The Service.
LINKS
Medasco, LLC may provide links to other web sites. Because Medasco, LLC has no control over such sites, you acknowledge and agree that Medasco, LLC is not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites.

If any user is reported to be in violation of the letter or spirit of these terms, Medasco, LLC retains the right to terminate such account at any time without further warning.
REVISED TERMS
